We offer a range of cooking class packages for individuals and groups interested in learning how to cook like a professional! During each of our cooking courses, our head chef provides all groceries (unless specified differently ahead) and walks you through how to make a dish and complimentary sides from start to finish. Afterwards, sit down and enjoy the meal together with your loved ones in your home setting. Please note one week notice is needed and a 50% non-refundable deposit is required to reserve a date and time.

From beet salads to crunchy red cabbage salad and a traditional Greek salad, you'll learn how to make healthy dressings, chopping techniques, and the best combinations for flavorful appetizers. We'll also make traditional Armenian salads and olive salads.

Cozy up with a hearty bowl of homemade soup you made yourself with our soup making class. You'll learn how to make three different soups with broths that pack in tons of flavor. We'll make a classic chicken soup for the soul, a vegetarian lentil soup with your choice of red or brown lentils and a Mediterranean yogurt soup filled with your choice of rice or noodles.

Stews are a great way to make one pot meals you can serve for a group, whether it's family, friends, or loved ones. In this class, you'll learn how to make three signature Armenian stews from our cherished family recipes, with your choice of vegetarian or with stew meat. Stews include an okra stew called Bamya, a green bean stew called Fasoulya, and a pea stew called Bizelya with fluffy rice pilaf.

Now you can with our sushi class, where you'll learn how to pick out the best cuts of fish for sushi, how to roll your sushi with proper fish handling, how to make vegetarian sushi rolls, how to make your own range of sushi sauces and dips, and sushi rice techniques for the perfect consistency.

Satisfy your sweet tooth with our dessert class, where you'll learn how to make sweets beloved in the Mediterranean. We'll make a classic baklava, flaky and thinly layered phyllo dough with walnuts and pistachios and a simple syrup, as well as kadayif: shredded phyllo dough with ashta — a thick and decadent clotted cream.

Dolma and its meatless version, sarma, make for a delicious appetizer or meal packed with healthy ingredients. Creating both requires getting the filling just right and mastering the rolling technique.
